Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at chicmotion.shop@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products or earrings) for hygiene reasons, if the seal is broken.

  • Gift cards.

Note on Sale Items: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal also applies to sale items, unless they fall under the "custom/hygiene" exceptions mentioned above.


Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Regardless of the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, as per the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo). The item must remain in its original, resaleable condition.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at chicmotion.shop@gmail.com.
