5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. Chic Motion is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the address provided.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs 206/05), customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
